Bartenders

Held responsible for all product, sales and guest safety throughout the entirety of the event. Also will ensure accurate opening, closing and consumption inventory for all events.

Servers

Acts as the direct point of contact for all guest and customers in attendance. Responsibilities include carrying out the client’s itinerary as well as catering to the guest.

Supervisors

Liaisons with the client / coordinator prior to the event to execute the event itinerary. Supervises and coordinates the set up, event preparation, food service, and clean up.

Supervisors

Ensure health and safety regulations and food safety procedures are executed. Liaisons with the event coordinator to ensure the menu expectations are exceeded by way of consistency, temperature, presentation and taste.

Models/Promotional Staff

Promote, advertise and/or collect funds for events. Their attire is held to a higher standard in comparison to waiters or bartenders. Guest engagement is elevated focusing more on personal interaction.

Security

Models/Promotional Staff

Ensure the safety of all guests, the venue and the integrity of the event. All Security personnel come fully insured under Martini Plus Staffing Inc.
